Semi Private Training is an effective and cost-efficient approach often referred to as a "cheaper way to get personal training." These sessions involve a minimum of two and a maximum of five participants. They last for 60 minutes and include a specific program targeting structural functions, muscle areas, and customized nutritional plans based on the participants' needs.
The Sports & Agility Conditioning program caters to individuals of all ages participating in various sports like football, lacrosse, soccer, baseball, track, and swimming, among others. This training focuses on enhancing change of direction, strengthening hip flexors for lateral movements, optimizing foot positioning, agility, endurance, and coordination for sports performance. Each session spans 50 minutes, followed by a 10-minute stretch to improve the lower and upper extremities' performance.

My four year Anniversary is coming up with working out at Customized Phitness and it's the best decision I have ever made. Thanks to Marcus, I am in the best physical shape I think I have ever been in and the smallest I've been since before having children. He cares about the whole person as seen with the passion he has for fitness and nutrition. Marcus is happy to share this knowledge with whoever wants to listen and better themselves. I never would have thought I'd say this but I hate when life or work get in the way and I have to miss a morning at the gym. I highly recommend you come join us! Great people, clean facility, never the same workout, good for all fitness levels and with one of the best trainer's out there!

I’ve been working out at Customized Phitness for two years. Every day is a new and challenging workout. The workouts are posted the night before so you can read through it if you want. The owner only wants the best for his clients and provides so much information on nutrition and stretching. I have learned so much about proper form and fueling my body. I am 15 lbs lighter from when I started. Highly recommend this gym. Everyone that tries it, ends up staying. It’s the best gym around!

Customized phitness is a place of community and connection. The people I worked out with in classes and Marcus the owner and trainer helped me with accountability. I really enjoy working out there. The music makes the workout engaging. I am always given guidance and direction especially in ways that meet me where I am in my fitness journey. When I go there I know it’s a non judgmental and supportive atmosphere. Working out is truely fun there. I am given nutrition guidance.
