June 16, 2023I am extremely satisfied with my experience at Pivot Eastside! I was able to get an appointment within a reasonable time, vs the other locations. Chanel, the front desk receptionist is soo sweet and friendly, making every entrance feel warm and welcome! I was paired with physical therapist Samantha S. and she was absolutely incredible. Professional yet personable and extremely knowledgable. She’s great at creating solutions, listener and always validated my concerns. I feel so empowered having completed my therapy and noting the improvements along the way. With Sammy’s guidance, find comfort in knowing you are in good hands. I will return to this location in the future for any rehabilitations needs. Definitely recommend Pivot Eastside!!

She started with a thorough intake assessment and throughout our sessions, continued to assess my pain and how my home program was going. I now have a routine of stretches that I am continuing to do, and although our sessions ended a few weeks ago, I am continuing to feel much better. Thank you!
