Quick in and out. I got x-rays of my whole spine and neck. Dr. Morgan reviewed it with me and then gave me an amazing adjustment. I’m usually so tense when they do the neck and he did them so effortlessly. Super kind and helpful!! Then I got a follow up email with an exercise routine with videos. Could not recommend more.
