We are one of the longest running massage therapy schools in the Indy area. We provide great training at an affordable tuition. We also offer massages at a reduced rate by our students in our spa setting. We also have our spa services which offers massages by professional licensed therapists at a slightly higher rate at times more convenient that our student clinical times

March 29, 2023Poor customer service on the management end. My booked and paid for service + gratuity was canceled the night before the service date via text. I was told I would receive a refund within a set amount of days. That did not come within those days. I was told the refund was sent. It was not received. I personally had to pursue this to finally get a refund. No follow-up response or apologies on the delay from management

October 31, 2022I have had severe back problems with chronic pain for over 25 years. Cherie has really helped get some of the pain under control and is always trying to find new ways to do that.

October 21, 2022Had an incredible first experience going to ITMS today. Originally signed up for a hot stone massage and ended up getting exactly what I needed. The student I was with (Dustin) was incredibly professional and kept me engaged through the entire massage to make sure I was doing okay because he determined I could benefit from a mixture of techniques. I didn't know what to ask for but it's like he just knew without me needing to explain much. Cannot emphasize how thankful I am to have found this place and will absolutely be going back regularly. Truly the most compassionate care I've ever received.

November 26, 2019The massage school is great for what it is. You can get an hour long massage for a fraction of the price of anywhere else. Of course that's because you are helping a student get experience. I've been many times over the years. I've had amazing massages and ok massages. You fill out an evaluation at the end and I think that definitely helps with the service you get. The massages are best for general relaxation. Despite the name, and the website says so, this is not a place to get an intense massage to relieve specific issues. Also note that the type of massage you get varies since students often have different styles of massage that they focus on/want to pursue. The hours are very limited. You can also book a "spa" appointment, which is with an instructor. Those are the full price you would pay at a regular spa or massage practice. I've done that a couple of times and gotten incredible massages. The instructors obviously know what they are doing.
