Avalon Chiropractic is a locally-owned chiropractic care center that has been serving clients in the New York City area since 1997. Our primary technique is Sacro-Occipital Technique, an involved method of analysis and adjusting aimed at balancing the structural, muscular, and neurological systems of the body. We place great emphasis on teaching the patient how to help themselves through exercise, ergonomics, postural correction, and other methods in order to maintain the maximum benefits of care and improved health. Additionally, throughout my pregnancy he kept me aligned and alleviated my back and pelvic pressure associated with my changing body. He is very attentive, patient, and always positive. He is on time with his appointments scheduling and has always been able to accommodate me even when I have given him a short notice. I highly recommend his practice.

After my first visit, I experienced immediate relief, and with each consecutive visit, the overall problem diminished. He really listened to me and my symptoms and history, and he took the time to assess my situation in a thoughtful, un-hurried and open way--and then he applied an array of techniques to adjust me. I have been going to chiropractors for a long time, to keep a mild case of scoliosis in check, and he is the best so far.
