Established in 2011. Beth Elko and Robyn Race, the owners of Evolve Wellness Spa, made a common observation, "Most of the people we know are stressed out, tired and chronically unhappy". That observation lead to the development of a dream to create a venue for lifestyle change, where people can begin to reverse the negative effects of living in a hectic world and move into a more positive and healthy state of being both mentally and physically. The two owners/psychotherapists created this vision while earning their graduate degrees in psychology at Chatham University. "We realized that fatigue, mental and physical ailments were rooted in patterns of negative emotion and behavior, and the way to break those patterns is to begin implementing healthy lifestyle choices" said Race, "that requires making changes in both our thinking and our behavior." August 7, 2023I had a deep tissue massage with Leslie and it was truly the best. I suffer from chronic back and neck pain, and in one hour, she made me feel better that I have in years! She was able to pinpoint all of my knots immediately and was amazing at working them out. I will definitely be returning to her for regular massages, and I would highly recommend her to anyone who needs a wonderful deep tissue massage!!

March 23, 2023I've been getting deep tissue massage from Leslie R for a little over a year. I initially started to see her in order to address residual pain from an old injury. That first session was so effective, I decided to start seeing her regularly. Leslie R is a healer -- she's highly skilled and very intuitive. I have experienced considerable loss in the past few years and I truly believe that Leslie has helped me through it....I started getting custom facials with Olga about 18 months ago -- she's also incredible. I've literally been stopped on the street (multiple times, by strangers!) so they can compliment my skin. She's so professional and really makes the experience enjoyable. Thanks Olga! I feel incredibly fortunate that I am able to see both Olga and Leslie R on a regular basis.
