Established in 2012. Activecare Physical Therapy, LLC was founded in 2012 in order to provide an unrivaled treatment experience for our patients. Activecare Physical Therapy LLC is an independent and unaffiliated company that is run by it's owners and physical therapists Ehren Trost MPT, ATC, Cert. MDT and Renee Trost, MPT. The Trosts are part of an independent movement in healthcare and believe that the highest quality of care can only be achieved in independent private practice where clinical decisions are made based on a patient's needs and not on corporate greed.

August 15, 2023Julie is an absolute godsend. For the past year she has been treating me for a rotator cuff tear post-auto accident and temporomandibular joint dysfunction which led to tinnitus. Prior to her, the aforementioned had drastically reduced my quality of life and sleep. Now I am able to sleep without shoulder pain and minimal ringing. She is very kind, caring and approachable. It is obvious that she loves what she does and gives her all to her patients. I cannot sing her praises enough. I highly recommend her and the staff here for all your physical therapy needs.

My strength and mobility have steadily improved. The staff has been welcoming and compassionate from the front desk and beyond. This is a great facility!

They truly care about your well being and getting you back to normal function. This is the second time that I have gotten therapy for my ankle. The first time everything went well now 7 years later and a second surgery I'm back again. Hopefully it won't be long before I can get out of the boot and into a shoe. Back to a normal routine.
