Established in 1970. Dr. Allan Samuels started his practice and in the 1970's. He eventually located his practice to 8016 Ridge Ave, Philadelphia, PA in the 1980's. He has been practicing since. Dr. Maq Serang transitioned into the ownership and management role of the practice in June of 2013 and it has allowed R. Samuels to enjoy 2 days a week still practicing dentistry. Both doctors continue to work at this location striving for excellence in quality and integrity.
