Dr. Rebecca Wilson is the owner and Chiropractic Care provider at Integral Chiropractic in Foster City, California. Dr. Wilson earned her chiropractic doctorate from Palmer Chiropractic College West in San Jose, California. Upon earning her doctorate in chiropractic care, Dr. Wilson began serving the Foster City and San Mateo area as a chiropractor. She has been practicing chiropractic in the community for more than a decade, and it is her passion to help Foster City residents achieve the best health possible. Dr. Wilson currently serves as the executive director of the San Mateo Chapter of the California Chiropractic Association, a position she has held since 2012. She serves as a guest lecturer for chiropractic students at Palmer West and Life West Chiropractic Colleges. The chiropractic philosophy employed by Dr. Wilson is very much a patient-focused one. It is her goal to help each patient heal naturally, experience the best health possible, and enjoy their life to the maximum!

December 30, 2021**Please note that this review presents my experience with the Integral Chiropractic team in such a positive way tI may seem biased. So be it.** I feel a significant improvement since beginning treatment with the Integral Chiropractic team. In four months, I have improved mobility, flexibility, stability, comfort when sitting, comfort when standing, and overall quality of life. They treated me for a whole mess of spinal stuff that extended to my hips and shoulders. As a person who has experienced pregnancy, I appreciate the way they use my medical history to indicate treatment specific to what I need. They have a physical therapist involved in the practice to ensure your muscles adapt to adjustments and fortify healing. TLDR; the quality of care is excellent. Now let's talk about what it's like to walk into Integral Chiropractic. It is clean. So clean. The people are disarmingly kind. In other circumstances, the kindness may contradict the air of discipline but in this case, enhance it. The moment you walk through the door, you start healing. It is quiet, but not too quiet. It is a busy practice, but not crowded. TLDR; the atmosphere is lovely.

September 21, 2021The team at Integral Chiropractic is TOP TIER! From the moment I stepped foot in the door for my first adjustment, the entire team has made sure to make me feel welcome. It is a smaller, close-knit team that is really able to focus on helping you optimally in terms of getting your health better! All you have to do is show up for yourself consistently, and they will be right there with you every step of the way. I wouldn't recommend any other chiropractic service in the entirety of the Bay Area region!

August 3, 2021TLDR-Miracle workers! Seriously. When I hobbled into Integral Chiropractic, 34 weeks pregnant and in very visible pain when walking due to something with my back, I had no idea what to expect. I thought I would get treated for sciatica and be on my way. Dr Wilson took one look at me and knew it was something worse. She immediately recommended I get an MRI and that I see her 4-5 times a week. The MRI showed I had a severe disc extrusion that could make labor more difficult. She set me up w a pain specialist, but after ONE WEEK of working with Dr. Wilson, my pain was almost gone and my walk was back to that of a pregnant waddle. No pain injection needed! I eventually got down to 1-2 visits a week and full functionality of my leg and back. The entire staff is amazing and so helpful, and I will forever be grateful for everyone there.
